The Granary is the South West's leading wholefood supplier, trader and wholesaler. Based in Truro, Cornwall, the business has been trading in natural, organic and health foods for over 30 years, longer than any other comparable wholesale businesses.

The company’s current owners and managers, Jill and Jim Thomas, took over the business in 1991, and have since doubled turnover, developed their own brand label and grown their customer base to 450, with 60 per cent outside of Cornwall. Clients include health food outlets, farm shops, chemists, local stores, hotels, public houses and food manufacturers.

The business has grown so much it needed more warehouse space for its product distribution and this was achieved in 2006, with a substantial extension to their current premises which created new packing and office facilities and doubled the warehouse capacity.
